The Design District Miami is finally having this new restaurant, a collaboration between David Grutman and Pharrell Williams, open its doors. After watching a meticulous build-out unfold on the corner of 39th and X we can finally hit up what we anticipate to be our new DD hangout.
Swan and Bar Bevy are making it easy to keep us coming back with three distinct areas to fit your mood and mindset. The outdoor patio with shade and beautiful greenery is a relaxing oasis. Once you enter, designer Ken Fulk offers a split decision between Swan which shows its feminine side in shades of pink and Bar Bevy which keeps it Casablanca cool.
The Miami New Times reported that Grutman and Williams have tapped French chef Jean Imbert to create the menu. Williams and the chef, who has won accolades at his Parisian restaurant, L'Acajou, bonded over Imbert's salad, which will be on the menu at Swan.
